أثر الرقابة الإستراتيجية في التكيف التنظيمي: دراسة تطبيقية على شركات قطاع الصناعات الإستخراجية والتعدينية المدرجة في سوق عمان المالي
Abstract
ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير الرقابة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها المتمثلة في (المراقبة الإستراتيجية، الرقابة الفرضية، ورقابة التنفيذ) في التكيف التنظيمي في شركات قطاع الصناعات الإستخراجية والتعدينية المدرجة في سوق عمان المالي والبالغ عددها (12) شركة، وقد استخدم الباحث أسلوب المسح الشامل، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. كما استخدم الباحث استبانة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة، وقد تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة من خلال تحليل الإنحدار المتعدد باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: تطبيق شركات قطاع الصناعات الإستخراجية والتعدينية للرقابة الإستراتيجية بمستوى متوسط وكذلك تحقيق هذه الشركات مستوى متوسط من التكيف التنظيمي، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ذي دلالة إحصائية للرقابة الإستراتيجية في التكيف التنظيمي بشكل عام. وعلى ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام الشركات المبحوثة على تفعيل الرقابة الفرضية للتحقق وبشكل مستمر من صحة الإفتراضات الرئيسة التي تقوم عليها الإستراتيجية لضمان صلاحيتها، وتوخي الحذر عند تفسير المعلومات المتحصلة من عملية تنفيذ المراقبة الإستراتيجية وخصوصا فيما يتعلق بالأزمات والحرص على استخدام مصادر معلومات إضافية، والعمل على تطوير وزيادة مواردها لاستغلال الفرص غير المتوقعة، وتجنب الجمود في عمليات التخطيط والتنفيذ الإستراتيجي، وتوفير المرونة الكافية للتغلب على أو تحييد أثر التهديدات غير المتوقعة، وإجراء تعديلات مستمرة في ثقافتها التنظيمية لدعم عمليات التغيير، وتبني الهياكل التنظيمية المرنة وإجراء تعديلات مستمرة عليها لدعم عمليات التغيير، ورفع قدرات العاملين على تطبيق عمليات الرقابة الإستراتيجية.
The Impact of Strategic Control in Organizational Adaptation: An Applied Study on the Companies of Extractive and Mining industries Listed on Amman Stock Exchange
Abstract
The primary purpose of this study was to explore the impact of strategic control in organizational adptation. The data was collected from (12) companies that are listed on Amman Stock Exchange and that operate at extractive and mining industries by using a questionnaire. Multiple linear regressions were computed to examine the study hypotheses. The study found that the extractive and mining industries companies apply the strategic control with moderate level and have achieved a moderate level of organizational adaptation. Additionally, The study found a positive and statistically significant impact for strategic control on organizational adaptation. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the extractive and mining industries companies should activate the premise control to ensure the validity of the key assumptions underlying the strategy, be cautious in interpreting the information obtained from the strategic surveillance, especially with regard to crises and ensuring the use of additional sources of information, and work on developing and increasing its resources to exploit unexpected opportunities, avoid stalemate in strategic planning and implementation processes, provide sufficient flexibility to overcome or neutralize the impact of unanticipated threats, continually modify their organizational culture to support change processes, adopt flexible organizational structures and continually modify them to support change processes, and raising the ability of the staff to implement strategic control processes.
