أثر برنامج تعليمي باستخدام إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني القائم على تمرينات الرؤيا البصرية وأثرها على تحسين المراحل الفنية والإنجاز الرقمي لرمي القرص لدى طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في الجامعة الأردنية

Abstract


ملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة، التعرف إلى أثر إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني القائمة على التمرينات البصرية على تحسين المراحل الفنية لرمي القرص والإنجاز الرقمي لدى طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية، في الجامعة الأردنية وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (27) طالباً من طلاب كلية التربية الرياضية في الجامعة الأردنية للعام الدراسي 2018/ 2019، تم توزيعهم في مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية ومجموعة ضابطة، بواقع (14) طالباً، للمجموعة التجريبية و(13) طالبا للمجموعة الضابطة، واستخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي لملاءمته طبيعة هذه الدراسة، وقد تم تطبيق إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني القائمة على التمرينات البصرية على المجموعة التجريبية لمدة ثمانية أسابيع وبواقع وحدتين تدريبيتين في الأسبوع، أما المجموعة الضابطة فقد خضعت للأسلوب الاعتيادي في تدريس فعالية رمي القرص، واستخدم من التحليل الإحصائي، المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار(ت)، للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، وجاءت النتائج على النحو الآتي: وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي على تحسين مراحل الأداء الفني لرمي القرص (الدوران، وضع القوه, الرمي, التغطية) لصالح، المجموعة التجريبية مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة (الطريقة التقليدية)، وأوصت الدراسة استخدام إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني القائمة على التمرينات البصرية التي تم التعرض لها في هذه الدراسة، في تعليم فعالية فعالية رمي القرص وتنظيم دورات تدريبية وتعليمية لطلبة كلية التربية الرياضية، معلمي المستقبل على استخدام إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني القائمة على تمرينات الرؤية البصرية.

The Impact of an Educational Program Using a Cooperative Learning Strategy Based on Visual Vision Exercises and its Impact on Improving the Technical Stages and Numerical Achievement of Discarding Students

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect of the cooperative learning strategy based on visual exercises on improving the technical stages of discarding and digital achievement of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Jordan. The study sample consisted of (27) students of Physical Education college at the University of Jordan for the academic year 2018/2019, who were divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, (14) students for the experimental group and (12) students for the control group. The semi-experimental method was used to suit the nature of this study. The strategy of collaborative learning based on visual exercises was applied on the experimental group for eight weeks, two training units per week. The control group was subjected to the usual method of teaching the effectiveness of discarding. Statistical analysis, arithmetical averages and deviations of the architecture and choose (T) were used to answer questions about the study. The results were as follows: A statistically significant difference between experimental and control group members in the telemetry to improve the technical performance stages of disc throwing (rotation, force setting, throwing, coverage) for the experimental group compared to the control group (the normal way). The study concluded with a number of recommendations including: Using the cooperative learning strategy based on the visual exercises that were exposed in this study in teaching athletics activities in general and the effectiveness of throwing the villagers in particular, the organization of training and educational courses for students of the Faculty of Physical Education, future teachers on the use of visual exercises vision and strategy of cooperative learning.
