Abstract


ملخص

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة فاعلية دورة القيادة التعليمية لدى مديري مدارس محافظة المفرق  من وجهة نظر معلميهم، وأثر متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة) ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (524) معلمًا ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من (43) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات هي: (القيادة والقيم والرؤية، والقيادة المتمركزة حول التعليم، والتخطيط والتغيير والتقييم، والاتصال والتواصل، وإدارة الموارد، والتنمية الذاتية)، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج  الآتية: جاءت درجة فاعلية دورة القيادة التعليمية لدى مديري مدارس محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين متوسطة، وجاءت المجالات مرتبة تنازلياً: (إدارة الموارد، القيادة والقيم والرؤية، التنمية الذاتية، التخطيط والتغيير والتقييم، القيادة المتمركزة حول التعليم، الاتصال والتواصل) وجميعها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة، ولصالح فئة الخبرة (11) سنة فأكثر، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها، عقد دورات تدريبية للمدربين بحيث يتسنى لهم اكتساب المهارات التدريبية كنظرائهم من المدربين في أكاديمية الملكة رانيا والمتمثلة بمتابعة المتدربين ميدانياً وتقييمهم وفقاً للمهارات التدريبية التي تدربوا عليها.

 

 

 The Effectiveness of The Educational Leadership Course For The Principals of Mafraq Governorate Schools

 

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the degree of effectiveness of the educational leadership training course on the principals’ of Mafraq schools from the point of view of their teachers and the effect of the variables (gender, academic qualification and years of experience). The study sample consisted of (524) male/female teachers who were selected randomly.  The study tool consisted of (43) paragraphs divided into six areas: (leadership, values, vision, leadership centered on education, planning, change, evaluation, communication, resource management, self development). The validity and reliability of the tool was verified. The study reached the following results: The effectiveness of the educational leadership course among the principals of Mafraq governorate came from the point of view of the average teachers. The fields were ranked in descending order (resource management, leadership, values, vision, self development, planning, change and evaluation, leadership centered on education.), All of which were of medium degree. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the effect of the years of experience, the experience category (11) years and above, and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the impact of gender and scientific qualification. In light of the results reached, the study suggested a number of recommendations, including training courses for trainers so that they can acquire the training skills of their counterparts in the Queen Rania Academy, namely trainees in the field and their evaluation according to the training skills they have been trained.
