مستوى الإبداع الإداري ومعوقاته من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في الرمثا

Abstract


ملخص

 هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الإبداع الإداري ومعوقاته من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في الرمثا. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (227) معلماً ومعلمةً للعام الدراسي 2016/2017م. تكونت أداة الدراسة بصورتها النهائية من (56) فقرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في الرمثا كان (متوسطاً)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات مستوى الإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في الرمثا ككل وكل مجال من مجالاتها يُعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيًا لصالح المعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي (دراسات عليا) مقارنة بالمعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي (دبلوم)، بينما لم يتبين وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا بين المعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس) مقارنة بالمعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي (دبلوم، دراسات عليا). وأخيراً أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين المعلمين تعزى لعدد سنوات الخبرة ولصالح المعلمين ذوي عدد سنوات الخبرة (5 - أقل من 10 سنوات، و10 سنوات فأكثر). وكان من أبرز معوقات الإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، التقيد بالقوانين والأنظمة بشكل حرفي، عدم المشاركة في صناعة القرار. وقد أوصى الباحث بمنح صلاحيات أكبر للمديرين والمعلمين وإشراكهم في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.

 

 

The Level of Management Creativity and it’s Obstacles as Perceived by the Teachers of Public Schools at Al-Ramtha

 

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the level of management creativity and its obstacles as perceived by the teachers of public schools at Al-Ramtha. The sample of the study consisted of (227) male and female teachers for the academic year 2016/2017. The instrument of the study consisted of (56) items. The results of the study showed that the level of management creativity as perceived by teachers of public schools at Al-Ramtha was (medium). The results also showed the existence of statistically significant differences between the two arithmetic means of the estimates of the study subjects on the items of management creativity level as perceived by the teachers of public schools at Al-Ramtha as a whole and for each of its domains, that could be attributed to the variable of sex in favor of females, and the existence of a statistically significant difference in favor of teachers with the qualification of (higher studies), compared with the teachers with the qualification of (diploma), while there was no significant differences between the teachers with the qualification of (bachelor) compared with the teachers qualification of (diploma, higher studies). Finally, the results of the study showed the existence of statistically significant differences between teachers that could be attributed to the number of the years of experience in favor of the experience of (5-less than ten years, and ten years and more). The most prominent obstacles of management creativity, as perceived by the subjects, was the strict compliance with result and regulations. The researcher recommended further authorities for principals and teachers  and their involvement in taking management decision.
