ملخّص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج إرشادي مستند على نظرية تحليل التفاعل في تحسين أساليب المعاملة الوالدية وخفض مستوى الشعور بالذنب لدى عينة من أسر النساء المطلقات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة من أمهات النساء المطلقات في محافظة الكرك في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بعام (2017) بلغت (22) أما، وتم تطوير مقياسي أساليب المعاملة الوالدية والشعور بالذنب، وبناء برنامج إرشادي مستند إلى نظرية تحليل التفاعل مكون من (15) جلسة إرشادية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي في تخفيض أساليب المعاملة الوالدية السلبية وتحسين أساليب المعاملة الإيجابية من ناحية وإلى تخفيض مستوى الشعور بالذنب لدى الأمهات، كما أشارت النتائج إلى استمرارية البرنامج الإرشادي في الاحتفاظ بالأثر بعد شهر من المتابعة، وقد خرج الباحث ببعض التوصيات منها تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي على أمهات النساء المطلقات عموما لتحسين أساليب التعامل الوالدية وتخفيض الشعور بالذنب.
The Effectiveness of A counseling Program Based on the Theory of Interaction Analysis on Improving the Parental Treatment Methods and Reducing the Level of Feeling of Guilt among a Sample of the Mothers of Divorced Women
Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a counseling program based on the theory of interaction analysis on improving the parental treatment methods and reducing the level of feeling of guilt among a sample of the mothers of divorced women. In order to achieve the study objectives, a sample of the mothers of divorced women was chosen from Al-Karak governorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 2017; the sample consisted of (22) mothers. The researcher developed the scales of parental treatment methods and feeling of guilt among a sample of the mothers of divorced women, and constructed a counseling program based on the theory of interaction analysis; it consisted of 15 counseling sessions. The study results verified the effectiveness of the counseling program in reducing the negative parental treatment methods and improving the positive parental treatment methods from the one hand and reducing the level of feeling of guilt among the sample of mothers on the other hand. The results also showed that the counseling program has a long-term impact as it maintained the positive effect after a month of follow-up. The researcher concluded a number of results, including applying the counseling program to the mothers of divorced women in general in order to improve the parental treatment methods and reduce the level of feeling of guilt.
