Abstract

This study shows the political opposition standers and means from the perspective of islamic law and its applications in the islamic political life and contemporary reality, which achieves true space for expressing opposite opinion within legal dimension, Away from the pitfalls of passion or extremism, Which racked the political life of islamic communities, Away from the intermediate Islam and its priorities.

This study also indicates the types, means and levels of opposition, in addition to the real reasons behind oppositionist opinion, And identify the shared responsibility between the parties of opposition relationship, Which illustrates the political depth in passing the opposite opinion in front of the challenges and aspirations of the stage position, And formation of the shared conviction between the parties in the construction and the community advancement.
