مستوى الصحة المنظمية في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية
Abstract
ملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الصحة المنظمية في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة فقد تم تطوير أداة للدراسة (الاستبانة)، كما تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وقد تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (264) عضو هيئة تدريس من جامعات إقليم الجنوب.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن مستوى الصحة المنظمية في جامعات إقليم الجنوب جاء بمستوى متوسط، بلغ (3.40) للأداة ككل، وللمجالات تراوح بين (3.52-3.21)، وحل مجال (التكامل المؤسسي) في المرتبة الأولى في حين حل مجال (الروح المعنوية) في المرتبة الأخيرة. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة المنظمية في جامعات إقليم الجنوب من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى للرتبة الأكاديمية. ووجود فروق في مستوى الصحة المنظمية في جامعات إقليم الجنوب من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي في مجال التكامل المؤسسي ولصالح الإناث، وكذلك وجود فروق في مستوى الصحة المنظمية تعزى لمتغير الكلية في مجال الجوانب الأكاديمية ولصالح الكليات الإنسانية.
وبناء على النتائج فقد تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة سعي إدارات الجامعات لتبني مفهوم الصحة المنظمية من خلال وضع خطط استراتيجية واقعية لتحسين مستوى الصحة المنظمية بأبعادها المختلفة بالجامعات، وذلك كخطوة أولية لنشر ثقافة الصحة المنظمية من تهيئة وتغيير وتدريب وتطوير مستمر.
The Level of Organizational Health in Jordanian Public Universities from the Point of View of Faculty Members
Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the level of organizational health in Jordanian public universities from the point of view of faculty members. In order to achieve the study objective, it has been the development of a tool for the study of (questionnaire), it was ascertained validity and reliability, and distributed to a sample study, which consisted of (264) faculty members of southern universities. The study concluded the following : that the Level of Organizational Health in the southern universities as perceived by the faculty came medium where the field (Institutional Integrity) in the first rank and moderately while the field (Morale) ranked last and moderately. The study also showed a lack of statistically significant differences in the Level of Organizational Health in the southern universities as perceived by the academic rank. There were differences in the gender of Level of Organizational Health in the southern universities as perceived by the faculty the variable gender and that the differences in the availability of field (Institutional Integrity) in favor of females. There were differences in the college of Level of Organizational Health in the southern universities as Perceived by the faculty the variable gender and that the differences in the availability in field (academic aspects) of in favor (Humanitarian).
The study recommended. The need for departments of southern universities to adopt the concept of organizational health through the development of strategic plans to improve the various dimensions of organizational health at southern universities, as a preliminary step to spreading the culture of organizational health to create and change and continuous training and development.
