فاعلية مساق المواطنة الإيجابية ومهارات الحياة في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلبة كلية إربد الجامعية

Abstract


هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية مساق المواطنة الإيجابية ومهارات الحياة في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلبة كلية إربد الجامعية. ولتحقيق ذلك طوّر الباحثون مقياس قيم المواطنة والذي تكون بصورته النهائية من (45) فقرة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد هي الانتماء، والمشاركة السياسية، والديمقراطية، والولاء، والتُعدُّدية وقبول الآخر، حيث تم تطبيقه بعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته. وتكوّن أفراد الدّراسة من (211) طالباً وطالبةً موزعين على شعبتيْن، واختيرت إحدى شعب مساق المواطنة الإيجابية ومهارات الحياة في الفصل الأول للعام 2018/2019 عشوائيًا كمجموعة تجريبية وعدد أفرادها (97) طالباً وطالبة، في حين اختيرت شعبة أخرى لم يدرس أفرادها المساق كمجموعة ضابطة وعدد أفرادها (114) طالباً وطالبة. وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين المتوسطيْن الحسابيين لتقديرات أفراد مجموعتي الدّراسة في كل بُعد من أبعاد المواطنة مُنفردة ومُجتمعة يُعزى للمجموعة، لصالح تقديرات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية.


The Effectiveness of Positive Citizenship and Life Skills Course in Developing the Values of Citizenship Among the Students of Irbid University College


This study aimed at revealing the effectiveness of positive citizenship and life skills course in developing citizenship values among the students of Irbid University College. In order to achieve this, the researchers developed a questionnaire to measure citizenship values which in its final form consisted of (45) paragraphs divided into five dimensions: (Belonging, political participation, democracy, loyalty, pluralism and acceptance of the other), this questionnaire was applied after verifying its validity and stability. The study consisted of (211) male and female students divided into two groups. The first group of the positive citizenship and life skills course in the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019 at Irbid University College was randomly selected as an experimental group that consisted of (97) male and female student. Whereas, the second group, for those who did not study the course consisted of (114) male and female students, was selected as a control group. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (α = 0.05) between the two averages of the members of the two study groups in each dimension of citizenship individually and collectively, attributed to the group variable, and in favor of the estimates of the experimental group members.
