الإبداع الانفعالي لدى طلبة الجامعة وعلاقته بجودة اتخاذ القرار من وجهة نظر الطلبة

Abstract


هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس الإبداع الانفعالي وجودة اتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة الجامعة في ضوء متغيري الجنس والتخصص، كما هدفت التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الإبداع الانفعالي وجودة اتخاذ القرار لدى طلـــــــــــــبة الجامعة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي الارتباطي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (271) طالبــــــــــــاً وطالبة من طـــــــلبة كـــــــــــلية عجلـــــــــون الجامعية في العام الدراسـي (2017/ 2018م)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس الإبداع الانفعالي ومقياس جودة اتخاذ القرار وتم التحقق من مؤشرات صدقهما وثباتهما. وأظهرت النتائج أن طلبة الكلية يتمتعون بإبداع انفعالي متوسط، وجاءت جودة اتخاذ القرار لديهم بدرجة متوسطة، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى جودة اتخاذ القرار وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص لصالح الذكور والتخصص العلمي في حين لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الإبداع الانفعالي تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس، والتخصص. وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الإبداع الانفعالي وجودة اتخاذ القرار، وبناءً على هذه النتائج، خرجت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات.



The Emotional Creativity Among University Students and its Relationship with the Quality of Decision-Making from the Viewpoint of Students

This study aimed at measuring the emotional creativity and its relationship with the decision-making among Ajloun College University students, and it relied on the correlational survey method. The sample of the study consisted of (271) male and female students from Ajloun College University in the academic year (2017/2018). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the measure of the emotional creativity and the measure of quality of decision-making were used. The results showed that the students have emotional creativity in a medium degree, and the quality of decision making for students came at a medium degree. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the quality of decision-making according to the variables of gender and specialization in favor of males and the scientific specialization, while there were no statistically significant differences in emotional creativity according to the variables of gender and specialization. The results showed a positive relationship between emotional creativity and the quality of decision-making. Based on these results, the research came up with a number of recommendations.
