Abstract
The Emotional Creativity Among University Students and its Relationship with the Quality of Decision-Making from the Viewpoint of Students
This study aimed at measuring the emotional creativity and its relationship with the decision-making among Ajloun College University students, and it relied on the correlational survey method. The sample of the study consisted of (271) male and female students from Ajloun College University in the academic year (2017/2018). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the measure of the emotional creativity and the measure of quality of decision-making were used. The results showed that the students have emotional creativity in a medium degree, and the quality of decision making for students came at a medium degree. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the quality of decision-making according to the variables of gender and specialization in favor of males and the scientific specialization, while there were no statistically significant differences in emotional creativity according to the variables of gender and specialization. The results showed a positive relationship between emotional creativity and the quality of decision-making. Based on these results, the research came up with a number of recommendations.
