ملخص

هدفت هذه الدِّراسة إلى معرفة دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية المهنية في لواء بني عبيد من وجهة نظرهم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت العينة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات التربية المهنية في لواء بني عبيد الأردن وبلغ عددهم (46) معلما ومعلمة. وتم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (26) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات هي: التخطيط، والزيارة الصفية، والعلاقات مع الزملاء والمجتمع المحلي، والتقويم. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور المشرف التربوي في تطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية المهنية في لواء بني عبيد من وجهة نظرهم كانت متوسطة في جميع المجالات. كما لم تظهر النتائج وجود أية فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور المشرف التربوي في تطوير الأداء المهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس. في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديراتهم لدور المشرف التربوي في تطوير الأداء المهني لهم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح حملة البكالوريوس.

The Role of the Educational Supervisor in

Developing the Professional Performance of

Pre- Vocational  Education Teachers From Their Point of View

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of the educational supervisor in developing the professional performance of pre-vocational professional education teachers in the Bani Obaid Area from their point of view. The study followed the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of all the teachers of pre-vocational education in the Bani Ubaid area / Jordan who were (46) male and female teachers, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (26) items divided into (4) domains: planning, classroom visits, relationships with colleague’s and community and evaluation.

The results of the study showed that the teachers' estimations of the role of the educational supervisor in developing the professional performance of teachers of vocational education in the Bani Obaid Area from their point of view were medium in all domains. The results also did not show any statistically significant differences in the estimates of teachers of professional education for the role of educational supervisor in the development of professional performance due to gender variable. While the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the estimations of teachers of pre-vocational education for the role of the educational supervisor in the development of professional performance for them due to the variable of academic qualification and in favor of the Bachelor's degree holders.
