رصد أنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية ودرجة استخدام متطلبات أنظمة إدارة المحتوى التعليمي LCMS من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس
Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد أنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية ودرجة استخدام متطلبات أنظمة إدارة المحتوى التعليمي LCMS من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت أداة الدراسة من خمس مجالات تتمثل في (تصميم المحتوى الإلكتروني للمادة التعليمية، وتطوير المحتوى الإلكتروني للمادة التعليمية، وإدارة الأنشطة التفاعلية، وتعديل المادة الكترونياً، وإدارة المادة الكترونياً). واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) عضو هيئة تدريس. كما توصلت الدراسة أن استخدام أنظمة إدارة المحتوى التعليمي LCMS في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاء بدرجة استخدام متوسطة. كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة استخدام متطلبات أنظمة إدارة المحتوى التعليمي LCMS في الجامعات الرسمية تعزى لمتغيرات (الخبرة، والرتبة الأكاديمية) على مجالات الأداة ككل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات ومن أهمها ضرورة بناء برامج تدريبية تساهم في تطوير مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في إدارة أنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني بكافة أشكالها.
