درجة امتلاك الإدارة الجامعية في جامعة آل البيت لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي
Abstract
ملخص
استهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك الإدارة الجامعية في جامعة آل البيت لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي من وجهة نظر الهيئة الأكاديمية، وأثر كل من متغيرات الجنس، والرتبة العلمية وسنوات الخبرة في ذلك، وتم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية، تكونت من (83) عضو هيئة تدريس واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت استبانة تكونت من (46) فقرة توزعت على خمسة مجالات (الرؤية، والرسالة والأهداف، والتحليل البيئي، والخيار الاستراتيجي). وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة امتلاك الإدارة الجامعية في جامعة آل البيت لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عن درجة امتلاك الإدارة الجامعية في جامعة آل البيت لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي من وجهة نظر الهيئة الأكاديمية تعزى الى متغيرات الجنس والرتبة والخبرة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، أوصى الباحثان بزيادة الاهتمام بمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى الهيئة الأكاديمية، وضرورة اطلاعهم على الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة، وإشراكهم في وضع الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة، وعقد دورات تدريبية لتوعيتهم ليزيدوا من إداركهم لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي.
Degree Of Possession Of University Administration At Al – Bayt University For Strategic Planning Skills
Abstract
This study aimed at investigating the ideas of the faculty members about the degree that the administration in Al al-Bayt University has the skills of strategic planning. It also investigates the impact of gender, scientific grade, years of experience on such a decision. A random sample was chosen, consisting of (83) faculty members. The researchers used the descriptive method. The questionnaire employed in this study consisted of (46) points that were divided into five areas (vision, mission, objectives, environmental analysis, and strategic choice). The questionnaire was tested for its validity and stability. The results showed that the faculty members think that the level of applying strategic planning skills by Al al-Bayt University administration is medium. Based on the answers from the faculty members, the variables of gender, grade and experience do not receive statistically significant differences on the degree of strategic planning skills applied by Al al-Bayt University administration office. The study therefore suggested that there should be an increase of the faculty members concern of strategic planning skills; the staff should be informed about the strategic plan of the university and should be involved in the development of the strategic plan of the university in addition to holding training courses to draw their attention to strategic planning skills.
