ملخص

هدفت الدَّراسة الحالية التعرُّف إلى فاعليّةُّ برنامج إرشاديّ معرفيّ سلوكيّ جمعيّ لتنميةِ الكفايِة الذاتيةِ المُدركَةَ لدى الطَلبَةِ المصابينَ بالأمراضِ المزمنةِ في لواءي الطيبة، والوسطية في محافظة إربد. لتحقيق هدف الدَّراسة تمَّ اختيار العيّنة بالطريقة القصدية، وتألفت من (30) طالباً، تمَّ توزيعهم عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، وتمَّ تطوير مقياس الكفاية الذاتية المُدركةَ، الذي تمتعاً بدلالات صدقٍ وثباتٍ مناسبين. كما تمَّ بناء برنامجٍ إرشادي مستند إلى أساليب النظرية المعرفية السلوكية، حيثُ أشارت الّنتائج إلى وجود مستوى منخفض في الكفاية الذاتية المُدرَكةَ لدى الطلاب المصابين بالأمراض المزمنة، في لواءي الطيبة، والوسطية في محافظة إربد، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروقٍ دالةٍ بين متوسطات أداء أفراد المجموعتين التجريبيّة، والضّابطة في الكفاية الذاتية المُدرَكةَ لصالح المجموعة التجريبية على القياس البَعدي، وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً استمرار فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي في تنمية الكفاية الذاتية المُدرَكةَ، في القياسين البَعدي، والتتبُّعي بعد مدة شهرين، وأوصت الدَّراسة بتدريب الطلبة على إقامة العلاقاتِ الاجتماعية الناجحة، وعلى خطوات توكيد الذات.

The Effectiveness of a Group behavioral- cognitive Counseling Program on Perceived Self Efficacy among Chronic Diseases Students

Abstract

The objective of the study was to examine the effectiveness of a group behavioral- cognitive counseling program on perceived self- efficacy among chronic diseases students at Taibah District and Irbid Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, a purposeful sample was selected consisting of (30) students assigned randomly into two groups; experimental and controling. Perceived Self- Efficacy Scale was developed after validity and reliability were obtained. Furthermore, a group counseling program with behavioral- cognitive theory methods was constructed.     

The results of the study indicated that the level of perceived self- efficacy was low among chronic diseases students at Taibah District and Irbid Governorate. The results of the study also showed statistically significant differences between the means scores of the experimental and control groups on perceived self- efficacy, in favor of the experimental group on the posttest. The follow- up and post results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the behavioral- cognitive group counseling program on perceived self- efficacy was maintained after two months. The study recommended to train students on establishing successful social relationships and on promoting their self- affirmation.
