Organizational Knowledge Creation Process and its Impact between Learning Organization and Organizational Performance Improvement “Applied Study in Royal Scientific Society

Abstract


The study aimed to analyze the impact of learning organization on organizational performance and the role of knowledge creation process in Royal Scientific Society. The study sample consisted of (120) employees selected as a intended sample. The descriptive analytical approach was used through a questionnaire that was    developedto be used as  the major tool for data collection, it consisted of (65) items. A number of statistical methods were used such as Mean, Standard Deviation, One sample T-test, Multiple Regression, and Path analysis. The study reached: There was a significant impact of learning organization dimensions on organizational performance. There was a significant impact of learning organization dimensions on knowledge creation process. There was a significant impact of knowledge creation process (knowledge sharing and knowledge concepts justify) on organizational performance. There was a significant impact of learning organization dimensions on organizational performance within knowledge creation process.
