درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس التربية والتعليم للواء الرصيفة لإدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بمستوى قدرتهم على حل المشكلات

Abstract


  ملخص

ﻫﺩﻓﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس التربية والتعليم للواء الرصيفة لإدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بمستوى قدرتهم على حل المشكلات من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (376) معلماً ومعلمة، منهم (170) معلماً، و(206) معلمة. وتم استخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي الارتباطي، كما تم استخدام الاستبانات كأداة لجمع البيانات وتوزيعها بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.

وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في لواء الرصيفة لإدارة المعرفة من وجهة نظر المعلمين كان متوسطةً. وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة درجة ممارسة المديرين لإدارة المعرفة ومستوى القدرة على حل المشكلات لديهم. وبناءً على تلك النتائج تمت التوصية بالإستفادة من شبكة الإنترنت الداخلية لعمليات نقل وتبادل المعرفة، وإفساح المجال أمام الموظفين والطلبة لتقديم التغذية العكسية، وتبادل المعرفة من خلال الاتصال الإلكتروني.

 

 

 

School Principals' Practice of Knowledge Management in Rusaifa Directorate of Education and its Relationship with Their Ability of Solving Problems

 

 

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying school principals' practice of knowledge management in Rusaifa Directorate of Education and its relationship with their solving problems ability from teachers' perspective. The sample consisted of (376) teachers; (206) female and (170) male teachers. The study  used the descriptive correlational method, and questionnaires were developed and tested for validity and reliability.  The study showed that the degree of public secondary school principals' practice of knowledge management in Rusaifa Directorate of Education and ability to solve problem from teachers' perspectives was medium. There is statistically significant correlation between the degree of principals' practices of the dimensions of knowledge management and ability of problem solving. The study recommended the following:  Developing the Ministry of Education system of incentives to encourage teachers on creativity, conducting training courses to enhance using technology by teachers.
