أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة في الابتكار: دراسة تطبيقية على شركات صناعة الإلكترونيات العاملة في مدينة عبدالله الثاني ابن الحسين الصناعية

ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مدى تأثير عمليات إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها المتمثلة في (اكتساب المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، وتطبيق المعرفة) على الابتكار في شركات صناعة الإلكترونيات العاملة في مدينة عبدالله الثاني ابن الحسين الصناعية والبالغ عددها (15) شركة، واستخدم الباحث أسلوب المسح الشامل، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. كما استخدم استبانة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة، وقد تم إختبار فرضيات الدراسة من خلال تحليل الانحدار المتعدد باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: تطبيق شركات صناعة الإلكترونيات لعمليات المعرفة بمستويات مرتفعة وكذلك تحقيق هذه الشركات لمستويات مرتفعة من الابتكار، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ذي دلالة إحصائية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة على الابتكار بشكل عام وكذلك على ابتكار المنتج وابتكار العملية. وعلى ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام الشركات المبحوثة بالعمل على جذب واستقطاب الكفاءات والقدرات الإبداعية والمتميزة من الخارج كالجامعات ومراكز الاستشارات للمساعدة في توليد المعرفة، والاطلاع والتعرف إلى الممارسات الأفضل للشركات المنافسة، وإقامة علاقات شراكة مع العملاء والشركاء وخصوصا الموردين للحصول على المعلومات، وترجمة المعرفة إلى خطط عمل وتطبيقها بالشكل السليم.
The Impact of Knowledge Management Processes in Innovation: An Applied Study on the Electronics Manufacturing Companies Operating at Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein Industrial Estate
Abstract
The primary purpose of this study was to explore the impact of knowledge management processes in innovation. The data was collected from (15) electronics manufacturing companies operating at Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein Industrial Estate by using a questionnaire. Multiple linear regressions were computed to examine the study hypotheses. The study found that the electronics manufacturing companies apply the knowledge management processes with high level and achieved a high level of innovation. Additionally, the study found a positive and statistically significant impact for knowledge management processes on product and process innovation. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the electronics manufacturing companies should attract talented and distinguished persons from abroad, such as universities and consulting centers, to help generate knowledge, learn about the best practices of competing companies, and establish partnerships with customers and partners, especially suppliers, to obtain the information, and translate the knowledge into action plans, and apply the knowledge in a proper manner.
