درجة تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس
Abstract
ملخص
استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ووفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة (النوع الاجتماعي، الجامعة، الرتبة الأكاديمية، سنوات الخبرة)، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي لمناسبته وطبيعة الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من(149) عضو هيئة تدريس, وتكونت العينة من (75) عضو هيئة تدريس أي ما نسبة (50.3%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وأظهرت النتائج أن تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاءها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الجامعة بين جامعة مؤتة وبقية الجامعات ولصالح الجامعات الثلاث (الأردنية، اليرموك، الهاشمية)، وكذلك بين الجامعة الأردنية وجامعة اليرموك ولصالح جامعة اليرموك، ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة نشر ثقافة الحوكمة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والعمل على تطبيقها على نطاق أوسع ووضع خطط لتطوير وتنمية المهارات والخبرات الأكاديمية من خلال تنظيم برامج وورش عمل لإشاعة ثقافة العمل بروح الفريق.
The Degree of Application of the Principles of Governance in the Faculties of Physical Education in Jordanian Universities from the Point of View of Faculty Members Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of application of the principles of governance in the faculties of physical education in Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members and according to the variables of the study (gender, university, academic level, years of experience). The descriptive method was used in its survey method for its relevance and nature of study.. The sample consisted of (75) faculty members, i.e. (50.3%) of the study community. The results showed that the application of the principles of governance in the faculties of physical education in the Jordanian universities from the point of view of its members came to a medium degree. The results also showed significant differences according to the university variable between Mu'tah University and the rest of the universities in favor of the three universities (Jordan, Yarmouk, Hashemite). The researchers recommend the need to spread the culture of governance among the faculty members and work to implement them on a wider scale and to develop plans for the development of skills and academic expertise through the organization of programs and workshops to promote a team spirit of work.
