درجة توظيف معلمي الصف الثالث الأساسي لمصادر التعلم في المواقف الصفية في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم لمحافظة مأدبا

Abstract


ملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء درجة توظيف معلمي الصف الثالث الأساسي لمصادر التعلم في المواقف الصفية في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم لمحافظة مأدبا.  ولغرض تحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية عدد أفرادها (28) معلماً ومعلمةً منها (19) معلمةً و(9) معلمين. كما تم تطوير بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس درجة توظيف معلمي الصف الثالث الأساسي لمصادر التعلم في المواقف الصفية، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن توظيف معلمي الصف الثالث الأساسي لمصادر التعلم جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الإناث، وإلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح (10) سنوات فأكثر، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير حجم الصف.

 

 

 

 

The Degree of Utilizing Learning Resources in the Classroom Situations by Basic Third-Grade Teachers in the Schools of Directorate of  Education in Madaba Governorate

 

 

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to investigate the degree of utilizing learning resources in the classroom situations by basic third-grade teachers in the schools of Directorate of Education in Madaba Governorate. To achieve this objective, a sample consisted of (28) teachers, where (19) females and (9) males were drawn from the population by using stratified random sample method. An observation card was developed to measure the degree of utilizing learning resources in the classroom situations by basic third grade teachers. Validity and reliability of the tool were assured. The findings of the study indicated that the degree of utilizing learning resources was medium, as well as there were significant differences due to gender in favor of female teachers, and there were significant differences attributed to experience variable, in favor of (10) years and more. But there were no significant differences attributed to class size variable .
