The effect of options on the right of pre-emption Doctrinal comparative study

Abstract

The study addresses the impact of some types of options in establishing the right of first refusal for the patron saint or not being established and its fall.  As the option of the Council, the option of the condition, the option to defect, and the option of vision, which in part would may affect the right of first refusal, leading to the fall of this right.  Accordingly, the consequent lack of the claim of the right for the patron saint.  Some of these options are different in its effect on the right of first refusal in terms of the fall or the lack of it in the opinion of the jurists.
