Prevailing Social Relations Between Teachers and Students at the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the University of Mutah from the Perspective of Students
Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the prevailing social relations between faculty members and students of the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the University of Mutah from the perspective of students. A sample that consisted of (150) male and female students (95 males 55 females) was used. The Researcher used the descriptive survey method due to the suitability of the nature and objectives of this study. The researcher used the methods of statistical averages and standard deviations, the relative importance, multiple analysis of variance, and satisfactory test of a posteriori comparisons.
The results showed a positive social relations between faculty members and students of the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the University of Mutah. Significant differences were found in the relations between faculty members and students according to the variables of the study. The researcher recommends an annual social and scinetific meeting to promot the social relations among faculty members and their students and working meetings social and scientific common among members of the faculty and students in different colleges.
