فاعلية برنامج إرشادي في تنمية الانسجام الأسري لدى الممرضات العاملات في الخدمات الطبية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فحص مدى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي في تنمية الانسجام الأسري لدى عينه من الممرضات العاملات في الخدمات الطبية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية،تكونت عينة الدراسة من(22) ممرضة عاملة في الخدمات الطبية الملكية,تم تعيينهنّ بشكل عشوائي لمجوعتين متساويتين: المجوعة التجريبية (ن= 11) وشاركت في البرنامج الإرشادي، والمجموعة الضابطة(ن= 11) التي لم تشارك في أي برنامج تدخل.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس الانسجام الأسري، وإعداد برنامج إرشادي مكون من (16) جلسة إرشادية، وتم التأكد من صدق الأدوات وثباتها قبل تطبيقها على أفراد عينة الدراسة، وبعد ذلك طُبِّق البرنامج الإرشادي على أفراد العينة التجريبية لمدة (8) أسابيع، وطُبّق قياس المتابعة بعد شهر من التطبيق ألبعدي على أفراد المجموعة التجريبية،أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين رتب أفراد المجموعة التجريبية وأفراد المجموعة الضابطة على مقياس الانسجام الأسري بعد تنفيذ البرنامج مباشرة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي تحسّن لديها الانسجام الأسري، كما تبين من النتائج عدم جود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الانسجام الأسري بين التطبيق ألبعدي والتتبعي، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات، من أبرزها الاهتمام بالبرامج الإرشادية للممرضات خاصة في الفترة الحالية لزيادة الضغط النفسي عليهن بسبب جائحة كورونا.
