اليقظة العقلية وعلاقتها بالرفاهية النفسية وفقاً لنموذج رايف لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة

Abstract


هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مستوى كل من اليقظة العقلية والرفاهية النفسية والعلاقة الارتباطية بينهما لدى طلبة الجامعة، والتعرف إلى مستوى الفروق في هذين المتغيرين تبعاً لمتغير الجنس: (ذكور، إناث)، نوع الكلية: (علمية، إنسانية)؛ إضافة إلى معرفة القدرة التنبؤية لليقظة العقلية بالرفاهية النفسية.
وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (600) طالب وطالبة منهم (330) طالباً، و(270) طالبة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس العوامل الخمسة لليقظة العقلية تقنين بحيري وآخرون (2014)، ومقياس الرفاهية النفسية تقنين خرنوب(2016).
كشفت النتائج عن أن اليقظة العقلية، الرفاهية النفسية كان مستواها متوسط. وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤ 0.01) بين اليقظة العقلية والرفاهية النفسية. عدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤ 0.05) بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة (الإناث، الذكور) في اليقظة العقلية، وعدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مـــــستوى الدلالــــــــــة (α≤ 0.05) بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة (العلمية، الإنسانية) في اليقظة العقلية. وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة (الإناث، الذكور) في الرفاهية النفسية ولصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤ 0.05) بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة (العلمية، الإنسانية) في الرفاهية النفسية. وجود تأثير ذي دلالة احصائية لليقظة العقلية لدى طلبة جامعة مؤته على الرفاهية النفسية لديهم،
Mental Alertness and its Relationship to Psychological Well-Being According to Ruff’s Model among Mutah University Students

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of each of mental alertness and psychological well-being and the correlation between them among university students, and to identify the level of differences in these two variables according to the variable of gender (male, female) and the type of college (scientific, humanitarian); in addition to finding-out the predictive ability of mental alertness with psychological well-being.
The study sample consisted of 600 male and female students, including 330 male students and 270 female students. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the measure of the five factors of mental alertness, a technique of Behairy et al. (2014), and the measure of psychological well-being, a technique of Kharnoub (2016).
The results revealed that 1) mental alertness and psychological well-being were at an average level, 2) there is a statistically significant direct correlation relationship at the significance level (α ≤ 0.01) between mental alertness and psychological well-being, 3) there is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the two arithmetic averages of the answers of the study sample (females, males) in mental alertness, 4) there is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the two arithmetic averages of the responses of the sample individuals study (scientific, humanitarian) in mental alertness, 5) there is a statistically significant difference between the two arithmetic means of the answers of the study sample (females, males) in psychological well-being in favor of males, 6) there is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the two arithmetic means of the answers of the study sample (scientific, human) in psychological well-being, and 7) there is a statistically significant effect of mental alertness among Mutah University students on their psychological well-being.
