معنى الحياة وضبط الذات لدى المطلقات من ذوات الزواج المبكر وعلاقته بالأمن النفسي

Abstract


هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مستوى معنى الحياة وضبط الذات لدى المطلقات من ذوات الزواج المبكر وعلاقته بالأمن النفسي، ولتحقق أاهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق الدراسة على (72) مطلقة من المتزوجات مبكرا وبعمر (16-18) سنة، وذلك بالعام 2019/2020، وقد تم تطوير ثلاثة مقاييس هي: مقياس معنى الحياة ومقياس الضبط الذاتي ومقياس الأمن النفسي، وكذلك تم التحقق من خصائصهم السيكومترية من صدق وثبات، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى معنى الحياة والضبط الذاتي والأمن النفسي لدى المطلقات جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وكان هناك علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين المتغيرات الثلاثة وبين معظم الأبعاد، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في معنى الحياة والضبط الذاتي والأمن النفسي يعزى إلى المستوى التحصيلي، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم الخروج ببعض التوصيات ومنها: العمل على إشراك المطلقات ببرامج إرشادية بغض النظر عن المستوى الدراسي لديهن.

The Meaning of Life and Self-Control among the Early-Married Divorced Women and its Relationship with Psychological Security


Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the level of life meaning and self-control among the early-married divorced women and its relationship with psychological security. In order to achieve the goals of the study, the participants in the study ivolve 72 early-married divorced women whose ages ranged between 16 and 18 years old during the period of 2019-2020. Three scales were developed: the scale of life meaning, self-control scale, and psychological security scale; their validity and reliability were verified. The study results showed that the level of life meaning, self-control, and psychological security among the divorced women was medium. In addition, the results revealed that there is a positive relationship between the three variables and most of the dimensions. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in life meaning, self-control, and psychological security attributed to the educational level. In the light of the results, the study highlighted the necessity of engaging the divorced women in counseling programs regardless of their academic level.
