Abstract


هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف إلى أساليب الحياة لدى عينة من الأزواج المتوقفين عن العمل في ظل جائحة كورونا وعلاقتها بالطلاق العاطفي في محافظة الكرك، تكونت عينة الدراسة (120) من الأزواج الذكور فقط، وطور مقياسان هما: مقياس أساليب الحياة، والطلاق العاطفي، وتم التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة، إلى أن ما نسبته (39.1%) من أفراد العينة لديهم طلاق عاطفي وجاء البعد النشاطي بالمرتبة الأولى ثم الاجتماعي ثم النفسي، وأن أعلى نسبة يمارسها الأفراد في أسلوب حياته كانت المفيد اجتماعيا، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الأسلوب المفيد اجتماعيا والطلاق العاطفي، وإلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين أسلوب الحياة الاعتمادي والمتجنب والمسيطر وبين الطلاق العاطفي، وأن أساليب الحياة تتنبأ بالطلاق العاطفي بما نسبته (60%)، وتم الخروج ببعض التوصيات منها: العمل على الاهتمام بتنمية أسلوب الحياة المفيد لدى الأزواج من خلال برامج إرشادية.

Lifestyles Among A Sample of Spouses who Stopped Working During of Corona Pandemic and their Association with Emotional Divorce in Al-Karak Governorate


Abstract
This study aimed at identifying lifestyles among a sample of spouses who stopped working during Corona pandemic and their association with emotional divorce in Al-Karak governorate. The study sample involves 120 male spouses only. Two scales were developed: lifestyle scale and emotional divorce scale; their validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study revealed that 39.1% of the respondents had an emotional divorce, and the activity dimension came first, then the social, then the psychological dimension. The results showed that there is a correlation between the socially beneficial style and emotional divorce, and that there is a positive correlation between the dependent, avoidant and dominant lifestyle and emotional divorce, and that lifestyles predict emotional divorce by 60%. In the light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of paying more attention to promoting the beneficial lifestyle among spouses via counseling programs.
