توظيف أدوات نظام إدارة التعلم ( Blackboard ) التدريسية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى
Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى للأدوات التدريسية الخاصة بنظام إدارة التعلم (Blackboard) أثناء التعليم عن بعد. حيث أجريت الدراسة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 1441هـ، وهي فترة جائحة كورونا العالمية والتي اعتمد فيها التعليم السعودي نظام التعليم عن بعد لجميع المراحل الدراسية. وتمثل هدف الدراسة في تحديد درجة توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى للأدوات التدريسية والمتمثلة في أدوات إدارة المحتوى وأدوات التفاعل الالكتروني وأدوات التقييم بنظام إدارة التعلم (Blackboard). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (165) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من مختلف الكليات بجامعة أم القرى. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبيان الكتروني طوره الباحث. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى للأدوات التدريسية في نظام إدارة التعلم (Blackboard) للمجالات الثلاثة: إدارة المحتوى، والتفاعل الالكتروني، والتقييم. كان بمستوى متوسط.. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقاً لمتغيرات الخبرة السابقة بالنظام وعدد الدورات التدريبية في استخدامه؛ في حين لم تظهر النتائج عن وجود فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، أوالتخصص، أوسنوات الخبرة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من
