الصمود الأكاديمي وعلاقته بالكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة

Abstract


هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مستوى كل من الصمود الأكاديمي والكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى طلبة الجامعة، والتعرف إلى مستوى الفروق في هذين المتغيرين تبعًا لمتغيّر الجنس (ذكور، إناث)، ونوع الكلية (علمية، إنسانية)، والسنة الدراسية (أولى، ثانية، ثالثة، رابعة)، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الصمود الأكاديمي والكفاءة الذاتية، إضافة إلى معرفة القدرة التنبؤية للصمود الأكاديمي في الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (728) فردًا من طلبة جامعة مؤتة منهم (365) طالبًا ذكرًا و (363) طالبة أنثى، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بإعداد أداتين لقياس كل من الصمود الأكاديمي، والكفاءة الذاتية المدركة، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة التي كشفت النتائج عن وجود مستوى متوسط للصمود الأكاديمي والكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى أفراد العينة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصمود الأكاديمي والكفاءة الذاتية المدركة تُعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية إذ جاءت لصالح طلبة السنة الرابعة، أما الفروق المتعلقة بنوع الكلية فقد جاءت لصالح طلبة الكليات العلمية، في حين لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة تُعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكر، أنثى)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيًا بين الصمود الأكاديمي والكفاءة الذاتية المدركة، وأخيرًا، فقد أظهرت نتائج تحليل الانحدار الخطي بأن الصمود الأكاديمي متنبئ دال وُيسهم بنسبة (353,.) في تفسير التباين في درجات الطلبة على مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة.

Academic Resilience and its Relationship to Perceived Self-Efficacy Among University Students


This study aims at investigating the levels of academic resilience and perceived self-efficacy among Mut'ah University students and the relationship between them according to gender (male, female), college ( scientific, humanities) and academic level (years one to four). It also investigates the ability of academic resilience in predicting perceived self- efficacy. The sample included (728) students (365 males, 363 females). To achieve the purposes of this study, academic resilience scale and perceived self-efficacy scale are developed by the researcher were used. The results showed a moderate level of academic resilience and perceived self- efficacy among the students. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in academic resilience and perceived self- efficacy related to academic level in favor of students in year four, whereas differences related to college type were in favor of scientific colleges. However, no statistical differences related to gender were revealed. Finally, results showed a statistically significant positive correlational relation between academic resilience and perceived self- efficacy and linear regression analysis proved that academic resilience is significant predictor and can explain (0.353) of students scores on perceived self- efficacy scale.
