Abstract


هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الشفافية الإدارية وعلاقتها بالأمن الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس في لواء بني عبيد من وجهة نظر المعلمين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (340) معلمًا ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، كما تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (69) فقرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في لواء بني عبيد الشفافية الإدارية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأن درجة الأمن الوظيفي لدى المعلمين جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود أثر للمتغيرات (الجنس، ونوع المدرسة، وسنوات الخبرة) في تقديرات المعلمين لدرجة ممارسة مديريهم الشفافية الإدارية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود أثر للمتغيرات (الجنس، ونوع المدرسة، وسنوات الخبرة) في تقديرات المعلمين لدرجة الأمن الوظيفي لديهم، في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (α= 0.05) بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الشفافية الإدارية ودرجة الأمن الوظيفي لدى المعلمين.

The Degree of Transparency Practiced by Principals of Administrative School and its Relationship with Job Security Among Teachers in Bani Obaid District From Teachers' Point of View.


The purpose of this study was to show the degree of transparency practiced by principals of administrative schools and its relationship with job security among teachers in Bani Obaid district from teachers' point of view. The sample of the study consisted of (340) teachers who were chosen in a simple random way. To achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire consisted of (69) items was developed, and it was used the descriptive survey correlational methodology. The study results showed that the practicing degree of school principals in Bani Obaid district for administrative transparency was (High), and the degree of job security among teachers was also (High). The results also showed that there were no significant statistical differences in teachers' estimations for the practicing degree of their principals for administrative transparency due to the variables of the study (gender, school's type, years of experience), and showed that there were no significant statistical differences in teachers' estimations for the degree of their job security due to the variables of the study (gender, school's type, years of experience). In addition, the study results showed that there was a significant statistical correlational relationship at the level of statistical significance (α=0.05) between the practicing degree of school principals for administrative transparency and the degree of job Security among teachers.
