أثر التخطيط الاستراتيجي في النجاح الاستراتيجي للدور الوسيط للعوامل التنظيمية: دراسة ميدانية في الجامعات الحكومية في شمال الأردن

Abstract


  ملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التخطيط الاستراتيجي على النجاح الاستراتيجي بوجود العوامل التنظيمية كمتغير وسيط في الجامعات الحكومية في شمال الأردن، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (211) عاملاً في المناصب الإدارية العليا والوسطى في تلك الجامعات، وتم إدخال البيانات باستخدام برنامجي الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وبرنامج (Amos) لإجراء تحليل المسار، وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج عدة من أهمها وجود أثر ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α) للتخطيط الاستراتيجي بأبعاده مجتمعة (الرؤيا الاستراتيجية، الأهداف الاستراتيجية، التحليل الاستراتيجي، الخيار الاستراتيجي) في النجاح الاستراتيجي بأبعاده مجتمعة (تنفيذ فعال، تنظيم أفقي، قيادة تحويلية، ابتكارات مستمرة) من خلال العوامل التنظيمية بأبعادها مجتمعة (الكفاءة البشرية، التمويل، المعلومات، التكنولوجيا) في الجامعات الحكومية في شمال الأردن، وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة تركيز القادة في الجامعات الحكومية في شمال الأردن على وضع رؤية ورسالة للمستقبل ترفع من درجة التنبؤ بالمتغيرات في البيئة الخارجية وإلى تحليل نقاط الضعف في البيئة الداخلية لتتمكن من إعداد استراتيجيات فعالة قادرة على النهوض بإدارتها نحو الأفضل.

 

 

 

 

The Impact of Strategic Planning on Strategic Success in the Presence of Organizational Factors as an Intermediate Variable in Public Universities in Northern Jordanian Universities

 

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of strategic planning on strategic success in the presence of organizational factors as an intermediate variable in public universities in northern Jordan. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data. The study sample consisted of (211) workers in the top and middle administrative positions in those universities, and the data was entered using the SPSS and Amos programs to conduct path analysis The study reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α(0.05 ≥ of strategic planning with its combined dimensions (strategic vision, strategic goals, strategic analysis, strategic choice) in strategic success with its combined dimensions (effective implementation, horizontal organization, transformational leadership, continuous innovation) through organizational factors with their combined dimensions (human competence, financing, information, technology) in public universities in northern Jordan. The study recommended the need for an increase in the focus of leaders in public universities in northern Jordan on developing a vision and mission for the future that raise the degree of predicting changes in the external environment and to analyze the weakness points in the internal environment in order to  develop effective strategies that can better advance its management.
