أثر ممارسات القيادة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في البنوك التجارية الأردنية

Abstract


 

تهدف هذه الدارسة إلى تحديد أثر ممارسات القيادة الإستراتيجية من خلال أبعادها (توجيه الرؤية الإستراتيجية، تطوير رأس المال البشري، تعزيز الثقافة التنظيمية، تأكيد الممارسات الأخلاقية) كمتغيراً مستقلاً في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بأبعادها (التكلفة والتمايز) كمتغير تابع، وتم تحديد مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في الإدارتين العليا والوسطى (المديرين ونوابهم ومدراء الدوائر ومدراء الفروع والمناطق) في البنوك التجارية الأردنية والبالغ عددهم (853) فرداً. واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات، وتم اعتماد التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) للإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة واختبار صحة الفرضيات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها وجود أثر لممارسات القيادة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في البنوك التجارية الأردنية محل الدراسة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بأنه على البنوك التجارية الاهتمام بممارسات القيادة الإستراتيجية لما لها من أثر كبير في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية والسعي الدائم إلى تطوير وسائل اتصال الكترونية حديثة لتسهيل فتح الحوار بين العاملين من خلال القنوات والتي تعتبر وسيلة لتعزيز الثقافة التنظيمية وتساعد البنوك التجارية في زيادة قدرتها على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تبني البنوك التجارية التوجه الاستراتيجي لدورها الهام في تعزيز ممارسات القيادة الإستراتيجية.
