أثر الحوكمة المؤسسية في تعزيز وتطوير الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم من وجهة نظر القادة الإداريين في محافظة إربد

Abstract


تهدف هذه الدراسة تعرف أثر الحوكمة المؤسسية في تعزيز وتطوير الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم من وجهة نظر القادة الإداريين في محافظة إربد، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الإداريين العاملين في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد، والبالغ عددهم (685)، أما عينة الدراسة بلغت (250) قائداً إدراياً، وتم تطوير أداة للدراسة تكونت من جزأين الأول لقياس درجة تطبيق الحوكمة الموسسية والثاني لقياس مستوى تعزيز وتطوير الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق الحوكمة المؤسسية لدى القادة الإداريين في محافظة إربد كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن مستوى تعزيز وتطوير الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم كان بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج إلى وجود أثر لدرجة تطبيق الحوكمة المؤسسية في تعزيز وتطوير الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم، وإلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لأثر الحكومة المؤسسية في تعزيز وتطوير الأداء في مديريات التربية والتعليم في الأردن تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، بينما يوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي ولصالح المدير. ويوصي الباحثون بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية للإداريين في مديرات التربية حول كيفية تطبيق الحوكمة في مديراتهم.

The Impact of Institutional Governance in Enhancing and Developing the Performance in the Departments of Education From the Point view of Administrative Leaders in Irbid Province


This study aims at defining the impact of institutional governance in enhancing and developing the performance in the departments of education from the point of view of administrative leaders in Irbid province. To achieve the purposes of this study. the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach. The study community consisted of all the administrators working in (685) directorates of education in Irbid province. The sample of the study reached (250) members, and a study tool was developed consisting of two parts: The first measures the level of political governance and the second measures the level of performance enhancement and development in the departments of education. The results of the study showed that the level of corporating governance among administrative leaders was moderate, and that the level of the enhancing and developing performance in the departments of education was moderate. The results also showed that there is an impact on the level of application of corporate governance in promoting and developing performance in the directorates of education, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members to the impact of the institutional government in enhancing and developing performance in the directorates of education in Jordan depending on (variables of gender, scientific qualification, years of experience), while there are differences of statistical indication in the members’ responses depending on the variable of the job title and the manager's benefit. The researchers recommend that training courses should be held for the administrators in education managers about how to apply governance in their institutions.
