أثر التوجه الاستراتيجي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية: دراسة ميدانية في الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية

Abstract


تهدف الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر التوجه الاستراتيجي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية، تكون مجتمع من الجامعات الرسمية والبالغ عددها (10)  جامعات، فيما شملت وحدة التحليل على العاملين في الإدارتين العليا والوسطى (رئيس جامعة، نائب رئيس، عميد كلية، مدير دائرة) في الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة المسح الشامل، حيث قام الباحثان بتوزيع (500) استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة استُرجع منها (380) استبانة بنسبة استرجاع بلغت (76%)، وقد تم استبعاد (30) استبانة لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل الإحصائي، وبذلك تكون عدد الاستبانات الخاضعة للتحليل (350) استبانة تشكل ما نسبته (70%) من إجمالي مجتمع الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وصولاً لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة بشقيها النظري والعملي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أبرزها: أن مستوى تطبيق التوجه الاستراتيجي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة في الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية، فيما جاء مستوى تطبيق الميزة التنافسية بدرجة متوسطة في الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتوجه الاستراتيجي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار في عمليات التوجه الاستراتيجي من قبل الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية للاستفادة من انعكاساته في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية.
