أثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي "دراسة تطبيقية على البنوك التجارية الأردنية"

Abstract


هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي في البنوك التجارية الأردنية، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من البنوك التجارية العاملة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، أما عينة الدراسة فقد شملت البنوك التجارية الأردنية البالغ عددها (13) بنكاً وتم اختيار(6) بنوك. فيما شملت وحدة التحليل على المدراء التنفيذيين في الإدارتين العليا والوسطى (مدير عام، ونائب مدير عام، ومدير دائرة، ومدير فرع) في البنوك التجارية عينة الدراسة وبطريقة المسح الشامل والبالغ عددهم (320). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وصولاً لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة بشقيها النظري والعملي. توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أبرزها وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الإستراتيجي في تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي (تمكين العاملين، التميز في اتخاذ القرارات، تشجيع الإبداع) في البنوك التجارية الأردنية. وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الإستراتيجي في تمكين العاملين في البنوك التجارية الأردنية. كما وجاء مستوى تطبيق الذكاء الإستراتيجي والإبداع التنظيمي بدرجة مرتفعة في البنوك التجارية الأردنية.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار في عمليات الذكاء الاستراتيجي من قبل البنوك التجارية الأردنية للاستفادة من انعكاساته في تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي.

The Impact of Strategic Intelligence on Organizational Creativity,
An Applied Study on The Executive Managers in The Jordanian
Commercial Banks


This study aimed to identify and analyze the impact of strategic intelligence on organizational creativity in the Jordanian commercial banks. The study population consisted of the working commercial banks in the Hashemite Kingdome of Jordan. The study sample included the Jordanian commercial banks with a total of (13) banks from which six banks were selected. The analysis unit consisted of the executive managers in the senior and middle management (general manager, deputy manager, department manager and branch manager) in the commercial banks as the study sample with a total of (320) executive managers and the comprehensive survey approach was used. The study used the analytical descriptive approach for achieving the study objectives with its theoretical and practical sides. The study found that there is a statistically significant effect for strategic intelligence in achieving organizational creativity (empowering employees, excellence in making decisions, encouraging creativity) in the Jordanian commercial banks. The results also showed that the level of implementing strategic intelligence, organizational creativity in the Jordanian commercial bank was high.
The study recommended that the Jordanian commercial banks should invest more in the processes of strategic intelligence to make advantage from its benefits in achieving organizational creativity.
