فاعلية التعليم المعزز بقناة على اليوتيوب في تنمية مهارات استخدام برامج أوفس (Office) لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة، ودرجة رضاهم عنه

Abstract


هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء فاعلية التعليم المعزز بقناة على اليوتيوب في تنمية مهارات استخدام برامج أوفس (Office) لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة، ودرجة رضاهم عنه. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) طالباً المسجلين مساق الحاسوب التعليمي في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2018/2019م. وقد قسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية درست وحدة برامج أوفيس (Office) التي تضم برنامج تحرير النصوص، وبرنامج العروض التقديمية، وبرنامج الجداول البيانية، بواسطة التعليم المعزز بقناة على اليوتيوب، وضابطة درست الوحدة ذاتها بالطريقة العادية. استخدم المنهجان: شبه التجريبي، والوصفي. وتكونت أداتا الدراسة من بطاقة ملاحظة، ومقياس رضا نحو التعلم بواسطة التعليم المعزز بقناة على اليوتيوب. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة تفوق المجموعة التي درست باستخدام قناة اليوتيوب، ووجود درجة رضا عالية نحوه.

The Effectiveness of Learning Enhanced by a YouTube Channel in Developing the Skills of Using Office Programs Among Mu'tah University Students and Their Satisfaction With it


This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of learning enhanced by a channel on YouTube in developing the skills of using Office programs among Mu'tah University students and their satisfaction with it. The sample of the study consisted of (50) students registered for the educational computer course in the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The study employed two approaches: Semi-experimental, and descriptive one. The sample was divided into two groups: An experimental study of the Office software unit (Office), which includes: Microsoft word Program, Microsoft PowerPoint Program, Microsoft Excel Program, with method of Channel on YouTube. It also consists of a control group that studied the same unit in the normal way. The study tools consisted of a note card and a satisfaction measure towards Channel on YouTube. The results of the study showed the superiority of the group studied using Channel on YouTube, and the presence of a high degree of satisfaction toward it.
