تصورات معلمي التربية الرياضية في محافظة المفرق للعقبات التي تواجههم أثناء التدريس
Abstract
ملخص
هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن تصورات معلمي التربية الرياضية في محافظة المفرق للعقبات التي تواجههم أثناء التدريس، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة؛ المتعلقة بتصورات المعلمين والمكونة من (46) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات (عقبات مادية، وعقبات مدرسية، وعقبات متعلقة بالمتعلم، وعقبات متعلقة بالمعلم)، على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (63) معلمًا ومعلمةً. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تصورات المعلمين للعقبات التي تواجههم أثناء التدريس ككل كانت مرتفعة. حيث جاء مجال (عقبات مادية) في المرتبة الأولى بدرجة (مرتفعة)، تلاه المجال الثالث (عقبات متعلقة بالمتعلم) بدرجة (مرتفعة)، في حين جاء المجال الرابع (عقبات متعلقة بالمعلم) في المرتبة الثالثة بدرجة (مرتفعة)، أما المجال الثاني (عقبات مدرسية) فقد جاء في المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة بدرجة (منخفضة). وعدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α=0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات أداة الدراسة المتعلقة بتصوراتهم للعقبات التي تواجههم أثناء التدريس ككل وعلى مجالات أداة الدراسة الأربعة تُعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α=0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مجال (عقبات متعلقة بالمتعلم) يُعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، لصالح أفراد عينة الدراسة ذوي المؤهل العلمي (ماجستير فأعلى) مقارنة بذوي المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس+دبلوم عالي). وقد أوصى الباحثون بضرورة تطوير استراتيجية شاملة لمادة التربية الرياضية تشمل على توفير الإمكانات اللازمة وتدريب وتأهيل المعلمين وخلق بيئة تدريسية مناسبة قائمة على التقويم الشامل المستند على مؤشرات الأداء في تحقيق النتاجات التربوية.
