المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة فروع التعليم المهني في المدارس الأردنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Abstract


تناولت هذه الدِّراسة المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة فروع التعليم المهني في المدارس الأردنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) فرداً يمثلون جميع معلمي ومعلمات التعليم المهني في محافظة جرش بالأردن. تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (24) فقرة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للمشكلات التي تواجه طلبة فروع التعليم المهني في المدارس الأردنية كانت مرتفعة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود أية فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات عينة الدراسة للمشكلات التي تواجه طلبة فروع التعليم المهني في المدارس الأردنية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات.

Problems Faced By Students of the Branches of Vocational Education in Jordanian Schools From the Perspective of Teachers


The study aimed at identifing the problems faced by the students of vocational education branches in Jordanian schools from the point of view of the teachers. The study followed the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of male and female teachers of vocational education in the Governorate of Jerash which are (70) teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (24) items was prepared. The results showed that teachers' estimates of the problems faced by the students in the branches of vocational education in Jordanian schools were high. The results did not show any statistically significant differences in the estimations of teachers of vocational education for the problems faced by students of the branches of vocational education in Jordanian schools due to gender and qualification. The study concluded with a set of recommendations.
