معيقات إدارة الصف في التعليم عن بعد: تجربة جامعتي العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية والحسين بن طلال
Abstract
ملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المعيقات التي تواجه إدارة الصف في تجربة التعليم عن بعد في جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية وجامعة الحسين بن طلال وفق آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس وآراء مساعدي التدريس. وشملت عينة الدراسة جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الذي يضم أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا ممن درسوا وتابعوا طلبة مساق التحليل الإنشائي (2) في تخصص الهندسة المدنية للفصل الدراسي الثاني 2014/2015م مستخدمين أسلوب التعليم عن بعد ومساعدي التدريس في جامعة الحسين بن طلال، حيث اشتركوا جميعهم في الاستجابة على أداة الدراسة. وقد استخدم الباحثان المقابلة المقننة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تألفت من سؤال واحد، وقد خصصت للكشف عن المعيقات التي يواجهها أسلوب إدارة الصف في هذه التجربة من وجهة نظر المستهدفين، وقد استخدم الباحثان منهج تكميم النوع في تحليل البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدد من المعيقات تفاوتت في درجة أهميتها بالنسبة لهم منها معيقات فنية تقنية ومنها معيقات غير مادية.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to reveal the obstacles facing classroom management in the distance education experience in Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) and Al-Hussein Bin Talal University (AHU) from the perspective of faculty members and teaching assistants. The study sample consisted of all faculty members from JUST and all teaching assistants from AHU involved in teaching of Construction Analysis II course in the Civil Engineering Department in both universities via distance education in the second semester of (2014/2015). To collect data, the authors used a structured interview consisting primarily of one question, and a quantifying qualitative methodology was used to analyze data. The results revealed a number of technical and socio-technical obstacles that ranged in their importance according to the respondents.
