الاضطراب الانفعالي وعلاقته بالطمأنينة النفسية والطموح لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة

Abstract


هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الاضطراب الانفعالي وعلاقته بالطمأنينة النفسية والطموح لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة، على عينة مكونة من (920) طالباً وطالبة. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الايضاحي بشقيه الوصفي والارتباطي، وقد تم تطوير ثلاثة مقاييس في هذه الدراسة هما مقياس الانفجار الانفعالي ويتكون من (45) فقرة ومقياس الطمأنينة النفسية ويتكون من (20) فقرة ومقياس الطموح ويتكون من (20) فقرة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن التقدير الكلي لمستوى الاضطراب الانفعالي مرتفعاً حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسـابي (4.10). أما التقدير الكلي لمستوى الطمأنينة النفسية فكان متوسطاً حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.34). وكان مستوى الطموح منخفضاً بمتوسط حسابي (2.11). أشارت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤ 0.05) بين أفراد العينة في الاضطراب الانفعالي تبعاً للجنس، وإلى وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية في الطمأنينة النفسية ولصالح الإناث وفي الطموح ولصالح الذكور. ووجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعاً للكلية (العلمية، الإنسانية) في الطمأنينة النفسية والطموح لصالح الكليات العلمية، وعدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية في الاضطراب الانفعالي. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية قوية بين الاضطراب الانفعالي والطمأنينة النفسية، وعلاقة ارتباطية عكسية قوية بين الاضطراب الانفعالي والطموح، وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية بين الطمأنينة النفسية والطموح. وخلصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات ومن أهمها العمل على ايجاد مشاريع لدمج الشباب بها واشراكهم في العمل لكبت الطاقة السلبية لديهم وتحويلها إلى إنتاج وعطاء، والعمل على معرفة العوامل والأسباب التي تؤدي الى الاضطرابات النفسية والتقليل من الطمأنينة والطموح والعمل على معالجتها والتقليل من أثرها ومن ثم التخلص منها، وإجراء المزيد من الأبحاث عن العلاقة بين الاضطراب الانفعالي، ومتغيرات نفسية أخرى ودورها في بناء الكيان السليم للأفراد.

Emotional disturbance in its Relation to Psychological Tranquility and Ambition Among Students of Mu'tah University

This study aimed at assessing the level of emotional disturbance and its relation to the psychological tranquility and ambition among students of Mu'tah University. It used a sample of (920) male and female students of Mu'tah University. The research used the explanatory method with its tow sides; the descriptive and associative. In this study, three measures were developed: The emotional disturbance measure which consists of (46) items, the psychological tranquility measure consists of (20) items and the measure of ambition includes (20) items.
Results showed that the overall estimate of the emotional disturbance was high reaching the means of (4.10). while the overall estimation of psychological tranquility was on average that reached (2.34), the ambition level was low with the means of (2.11).
The results indicated no significant statistical difference on the level (0,05 α≤) among the sample subjects in the emotional disturbance in the relation to gender, but significant statistical difference in psychological tranquility in the favor of females, and in ambition in the favor of males. There was significant statistical difference between the average of means for the study sample responses related to the faculty (scientific and humanities) in psychological tranquility and ambition in the favor of scientific faculties, and no significant statistical difference in the emotional disturbance. In addition, there was a strong reversal correlation between emotional disturbance and psychological tranquility and strong reversal correlation between emotional disturbance and ambition and a strong positive correlation between psychological tranquility and ambition.
The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is working on finding projects to integrate young people into it and involve them in work to suppress their negative energy and turn it into production, in addition to identifying the factors and causes that lead to emotional disturbance and reducing tranquility and ambition, and working on treating them and minimizing their effects and then getting rid of them. other recommendations include conducting more researches on the relation between emotional disturbance and other psychological variables and their role in building secure entity for individuals.
