العولمة وعلاقتها بالجرائم المستحدثة في الأردن
Abstract
ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين العولمة والجرائم المستحدثة في الأردن من خلال دراسة علاقة العولمة بالعوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية والسياسية على المجتمع الأردني، وذلك من وجهة نظر المحققين العاملين في مديرية البحث الجنائي، وتم التركيز على علاقة العولمة بالجرائم الاقتصادية والجرائم الإلكترونية وجرائم المخدرات.
ولتحقيق ذلك فقد تم استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي حيث تم تحديد خصائص ظاهرة العولمة ووصف طبيعتها، ونوعية العلاقة بين متغيراتها وأسبابها واتجاهاتها، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المحققين العاملين في مديرية البحث الجنائي موزعين على ثلاثة أقاليم (شمال، وسط، جنوب) والبالغ عددهم (168) محققاً ومساعد محقق.
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن للعولمة دوراً كبيراً على العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية على المجتمع الأردني وبنفس الدرجة، ثم جاءت العوامل الاقتصادية في المرتبة الثالثة بفارق بسيط، في حين كانت العوامل السياسية الأقل علاقة بالعولمة من غيرها من العوامل. كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن العولمة ساهمت بشكل كبير في ظهور الجرائم المستحدثة في الأردن، حيث حازت الجريمة الإلكترونية على المرتبة الأولى، ثم جاءت في المرتبة الثانية الجريمة الاقتصادية، وأخيراً كانت جريمة المخدرات في الترتيب الثالث من بين الجرائم المدروسة.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها ضرورة تفعيل دور وسائل الأعلام للتوعية بمخاطر الجرائم المستحدثة وعلاقتها بالتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية في المجتمع، إضافة الى العمل على تطوير قاعدة بيانات وتوحيدها بين جميع الجهات المهتمة والعاملة في مجال الجرائم المستحدثة في الأردن وتصنيفها لتسهيل متابعتها.
Globalization and its Relation to Emerging Crimes in Jordan
Abstract
This study aims to identify the relationship between globalization and the crimes that have been developed in Jordan through studying the impact of globalization on social, economic, cultural and political factors on the Jordanian society from the point of view of investigators working in the Directorate of Criminal Investigation with a focus on economic, electronic and drugs related crimes.
In order to achieve this, the analytical descriptive method has been used to determine the characteristics of the phenomenon, its nature, and the quality of the relationship with its variables, causes and trends. The study community consisted of criminal investigators working in the Directorate of Criminal Investigation in three regions (north, central, south). The total number reached around (168) investigators and assistant investigators. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which was that globalization has a great influence on the social and cultural factors in the Jordanian society. The economic factors came in second place with a slight difference, while the political factors were less affected by globalization than other factors.
The results of the study showed that globalization has greatly affected the emergence of crimes in Jordan, where electronic crimes ranked first, followed by economic crimes, and finally drug crimes
The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including the necessity of activating the role of the media to raise awareness of the dangers of the newly created crimes and their relation to the social, economic, political and cultural changes in the society, as well as work on developing databases and unifying them among all concerned parties working in the field of crimes developed in Jordan and classifying them to facilitate their follow-up.
