ملخص

هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى تحديد المعوقات الأكثر شيوعًا لدى طلبة التّأهيل الرّياضي في فترة التّطبيق الميداني، والكشف عن الفروق في تحديد المعوقات أثناء التّطبيق الميداني وتُعزى إلى كل من متغير: النّوع الاجتماعي والتّقدير الأكاديميّ خلال فترة التّطبيق الميداني، والوصول إلى بعض الاقتراحات للحدّ من المعيقات الّتي تواجه طلبة التّأهيل الرّياضي في أثناء فترة التّطبيق الميداني. واستخدم الباهث المنهج الوصفي لملائمتة وطبيعة الدراسة تكوّنت عيّنة الدّراسة من طلبة قسم التّأهيل الرّياضي المسجّلين في مساق التّطبيق الميداني للفصل الدّراسيّ الثّاني (2017) /(2018)، حيث بلغ عددهم الكلي(52) طالبًا وطالبة، موزعين كالاتي(23 طالباّ) و(طالبة29) وأعدّ الباحث استبانة مكوّنة من(28) فقرة موزّعة على (4) محاور،هي: (معوققات خاصة بطالب التأهيل االرياضي,معوقات خاصة بالزملاء، معوقات خاصة بإدارة المراكز التأهيلية،معوقات خاصّة معيقات خاصة بمشرف التدريب) وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أنّ درجة المعوقات الّتي تواجهها كانت متوسطة، وجاءت في المرّتبة الأولى معوقات خاصة بإدارة المراكز التأهيلية. وفي المرتبة الأخيرة جاءت معوقات خاصّة بطالب التّأهيل الرّياضي وأنّه لا يوجد فروق دالّة إحصائيًّا في المعوقات الّتي تواجه طّلبة التّأهيل الرّياضي أثناء التّطبيق الميداني وتُعزى لمتغيّر النّوع الاجتماعي. وأوصت الدّراسة بإضافة مساقات إلى الخطّة الدّراسيّة تحاكي الواقي الفعلي العملي للتّطبيق الميداني للخروج من الواقع شبه النّظري لمساقات تخصص التّأهيل الرّياضي.

The Obstacles Facing the Students of Sports Rehabilitation at Mu'tah University During Field Application

Abstract

This study aimed at detecting the most common obstacles facing the students of sports rehabilitation during field application as well as detecting whether there are differences in determining the obstacles during field application due to the variables of gender and academic estimation for the applying students during the field application, in addition to suggesting some solutions to reduce the obstacles facing the students of sports rehabilitation during field application. The researcher used the descriptive method for his suitability and the nature of the study. The study sample consisted of the students  of sports rehabilitation department enrolled in the course on field application during the second academic semester 2017/2018 with a total of (52) male (23) and female (29) students. The researcher developed a questionnaire that consisted of (28) items distributed to (4) domains (Special obstacles for students of sports qualification, special obstacles for colleagues, special constraints on the management of rehabilitation centers, special obstacles, obstacles to training supervisor). The results showed that the degree of the obstacles facing the students was medium. The obstacles relating to management were in the first place while the obstacles related to the students of sports rehabilitation were in the last rank. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences  regarding the obstacles facing the students of sports rehabilitation during field application due to gender، while there are differences due to academic estimation in favor of those with higher academic achievement. The study recommended the necessity of including courses that simulate the reality of the field training in order to getting away from the semi-theoretical stat for the courses of sports rehabilitation.
